Pricing FAQ
Questions about the plans?
Clear answers about active panels, billing, tier limits, and choosing the right Plug&Brand plan.
What are active panels?
An active panel is one live design panel you are currently using in Plug&Brand. Your plan’s active-panel allowance is the number of panels you can keep open and work with at the same time without the need to delete/ replace panels (free plans excluded). If you need more room for parallel work, move to a higher tier.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can start with the tier that fits your current workflow and move up when your panel, preset, or collaboration needs grow. Your plan selector shows the available monthly and yearly options.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Monthly billing keeps your commitment flexible. Yearly billing is the longer-term option for teams and studios that already know they will use Plug&Brand throughout the year. Choose the cycle that best matches how you budget for your design work. Yearly billing saves up to 30%.
How do tier limits affect my workflow?
Each tier is organized around the amount of production capacity you need, including active panels, presets, exports, and other workflow features shown in the comparison above. The higher tiers are designed for heavier individual use, more parallel work, and larger studio operations. If you occasionally need to replace panels, you can keep your lower tier and manage your panels through the Manage Panels dialog (Burger Menu > Manage Panels) in the Plugin.
Which plan is best for a studio or client work?
Choose the plan that matches the number of active projects and collaborators you need to support. Solo-oriented tiers fit focused individual work, while the higher studio tiers are better suited to client slots, shared production, and repeatable team workflows.
What happens if I need to cancel or need help?
You can use our payment processor's customer portal (linked below) using your email that you used to subscribe and they'll send you a secure link to manage your subscription. You can also use the customer portal in the plugin itself (Burger Menu > Customer Portal) to cancel your subscription (it will take you directly to the PP customer portal). If you need help deciding between tiers or understanding a feature, contact the Plug&Brand team before subscribing.
